First of all it all start as soon as you wake up, treat her as if she is the most beutiful woman on earth (she is), do things for her (flowers), talk to her (tell her how pretty she is) and when in bed give her your all don't worry about yourself, if you take care of her she will take care of you.

Maybe shes tired, stressed could be a number of things. Talk to her find out whats going on. Once you find out get creative, if shes tired , take over some of the house work for her and then you might just get rewarded for it. Why don't you start by bring her home her favorite flowers and then offering to run her a bubble bath while you cook dinner. Yes, you! Then, put on some romantic music and slow dance with her after dinner. Offer to give her a massage cause it is tough to relax after a busy day. Have you tried instead of just asking her perhaps doing some foreplay? Women dont want just straight sex or be asked "honey lets do it tonight" etc it is lame and unromantic. Try making her a nice diner or going to a fancy resteraunt that doesnt have a florescent sign on top "mcdonalds". Try toys that she can enjoy as well. Perhaps ask her what she would like out of sex, pleasure her instead of just thinking bout getting off yourself. Good Luck
Generally, if a woman is pleased with her husband sexually she will WANT to have sex with him. I don't know your situation, but if a woman says "no" consistantly, she is probably not having orgasms. It is possible she is stressed out because of work or raising children or both and feels tired. You might show her affection and love outside of the bedroom, romance her, take her out on a date like when you were dating. If you make her feel sexy, most women will want to have sex with their husbands. I don't think you can "get" her to say yes if she has made up her mind to say "no." You need to figure out a way to get her to WANT to say yes.
